One of our major objectives is to promote & encourage African American youth in our community to participate in winter sports & other seasonal sports activities. We also aim to enhance the African American community's (Youth & Adults) awareness of skiing, boarding and other winter sports and seasonal sporting activities.
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
Learn to Ski & Snowboard
The Nubian Empire Ski Club Inc. has been offering learn to ski/snowboard opportunities for youth and adults for over 20 years. The Youth Program is open to youth ages 10 to 18 years (22 yrs for college students). Through this program, youth are introduced to the sports of skiing and snowboarding through participation in a series of lessons at local ski area at discounted rates.

Epic 4 Everybody Program

Program Target Audience
New to Snowsports
The core of the Epic program is to introduce Snow Sports to youth (ages 10-18) and communities who have not previously had access, exposure, or representation within the industry. This program is intentionally built to support never-ever and beginner participants as youth explore Snow Sports and get to know what skiing & snowboarding can offer.
